Children's Ministry Program
The purpose of the children’s ministry program at Mountain View Fellowship is to nurture children and help them learn about God and his love for them.
- Sunday School is offered for ages 3 through first grade, grades 2-4, and grades 5 through high school. A nursery is provided for Sunday School and for our worship service at 9:45.
- The Together Club is held twice a month during January, February, March, September, October, and November. A free meal is offered from 6 to 6:45 p.m. with children’s and adult activities from 6:45 to 7:45 p.m. Children ages 3 through fourth grade enjoy crafts, music, story time, and games. Middle school and high school students have separate classes with various activities. A nursery is provided.
- Vacation Bible School is held in the evening for a week in June and offers children a fun program with crafts, games, drama, storytelling, and songs. Mountain View Fellowship joins with the McGaheysville United Methodist Church and Brown Memorial Community Church for Vacation Bible School.
- Other activities include an Easter Egg Hunt each year and a Halloween Trunk-or-Treat and Pet Parade.
