CALL TO WORSHIP     (read by leader)
    Come!  It’s time to worship!  It’s time to praise God!
    It’s time to clear our minds, and worship the God of love,
        and to do so in a spirit or anticipation.
    Come, it’s time to worship our God!
PRAYER OF INVOCATION         (unison)
      O God, we pause this morning at the beginning of our worship     to    
      recognize your presence in our midst.  We have never seen you,  
      but you have taught us that in loving each other, you live in us.  
      When our hearts are filled with your love, we come to know you,  
     and through knowing you, we become whole.
     Through our worship this morning, may you be glorified,                
     and through knowing you, may we love you even more,    
     and love all of your people as well.  Amen.
